We request that legislation be written to legally separate Cannabis topicals away from every other cannabis and cannabis infused product. We are fighting for separate access, seperate regulations, and separate taxes. Cannabis topicals are not recreational, non-psychoactive and most fall under <0.3% THC, the legal definition of hemp.
